Location is strategic. This homestay suitable up to 10 pax.

The complex is in a great location with many items available downstairs. The owners were very reasonable when we needed to change our booking even though they were not obligated to do so

There was no washing machine although there was a laundromat downstairs. The bed and mattress were very worn so it was not very comfortable.

The place, the area and the unit was clean and comfortable. Amenities nearby and privacy is good.

The staff. We booked at 11pm and was only given self check in details at 12am.. we were travelling and was tired and after multiple texts on Booking.com there was no response. The contact num provided was not reachable and I had to wait to be added into a WhatsApp group. Please take note, a rm150 deposit was collected even though the booking was done after half day. Then the unit that was provided was not available when we finally went to check the postbox. The unit was changed and we were given an upgrade but that ald caused us to check in only at 12.30am. The next day I checked out at 8am and sent the check out details and pictures as requested. I did not receive the refundable depo for 1 day. They said it will be refunded within 24hrs. A day after I texted to request to speed the refund at 12pm (2 days) .. and they processed but didn’t have the courtesy to inform in group even. Not friendly host, late check in details, depo collected but refunds done late. Please consider.
