Sweet Caroline at Longton. Great location for Stoke on Trent, The Potteries and Alton Towers.

The host, Penny, was very receptive ,kind, and friendly. He house was very neat ,clean, and tidy. She has a very sweet aura that encapsulates the whole atmosphere. She went above and beyond to meet our immediate needs Penny ,myself, and my children are grateful to you,we are glad we have you as our host

The flat is spacious, clean and comfortable. Well equipped with everything one might need. We only stayed one night when visiting Alton Towers but Peggy was a lovely host, she left the lights on for us in the evening and chocolates for the kids. Would definitely be happy to stay there again another time.

Parking on single yellow line outside - had to move by 8.00am. Milk was said to be in fridge - it was not. TV picture unwatchable - new tv needed. Toilet roll looked as if it had been wet and dried out. Only 7inches gap to squeeze through between bed and radiator to go to bed.
