Three Bedroom Detached Home with Parking, Dog friendly, Quiet location, Short Drive to Beach!

Everything. The privacy, comfy beds, car in front of the house, short drive to the beach, what can you ask for more

Probably people left the dogs sit on the sofa as it smells. A bit annoying for non dog owners but not a big deal altogheter.

The location is not great, but reasonable if you have a car. A Door handle missing from the bathroom door & a light bulb needed replacing, these issues were fixed promptly early the next morning. And the matter was dealt with politely & effuciently. Beds were comfortable.

Generally dusty around windows & most surfaces, or under some of the furniture. Kitchen handles and surfaces were sticky in places so we had to clean up. A Kitchen cloth provided was smelly so we never used it (we bought a kitchen towel roll instead). Had to clean all kitchen surfaces and we rewashed all crockery & cutlery before use, to be in the safe side. Carpets could good with a thorough clean, or replacement with more hygienic laminate or wood flooring. They do not provide even the bear minimum toiletry essentials like shower gel & shampoo at least. When I enquired the management company we were in contact with said the cleaning company they use doesn't provide that. If you ask me they don't clean too well either (suggest they find a new cleaning co.). So especially if you arrive late make sure you bring these sort of toiletry items with you. Bathroom door doesn't close easily as it scraps along the floor, needs trimming. Bathroom floor tiles are loose here & there. Cabinet under the bathroom sink has a drawer that is hanging to one side so needs fixing. Bathroom were reasonably clean, but not really top notch cleaning. Thecswining glass panel on the bathtub has a missing rubber edge on the bottom,so water tends to escape into the floor when showering. We had the impression that there were 2 bathrooms but in fact there is only one bathroom upstairs (with WC) & a 2nd WC only downstairs. The owners do not have any concept of "TLC" for their property or "Hospitality" for their guests unfortunately.

Bed in main bedroom was a little uncomfortable for me but I like a soft mattress.
