New apartment in Las Terazzas de Costa Adeje. Big terrace with a garden, heated pool and private parking

Beautiful modern apartment with amazing terrace. Access to pool in complex a bonus. About 20 minute walk to main restaurants and shops along the promenade.

Only issue was shutter in second bedroom not working so no natural light in that room. However when texted owner got immediate apology and ask of portable fan was granted.

Beautifully furnished especially the outdoor area. Fully equipped with all amenities.

WiFi not good. Pool too cold to swim in.

This appartment is impecable. It is squeaky clean, which was very important to us travelling with a todler and a baby who walked on 4 legs. It has absolutely everything you need in a house, the furniture and appliances are of good quality, nothing is cheap there, the terrace was the most wonderful touch. There are even things to take to the beach, like towels, a sheet, childrens' beach toys etc. The kitchen is well ecquipped with everything, it has a fridge-freezer, a stove and an oven. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which en-suite. It is about 20-25 min walking distance from the beach, but the view of the hill is great and you can see a wonderful sunset from the terrace. Plus, the Fañabe beach is ideal for children. The sand is very fine and the entrance to the sea is smooth. This and Las Teresitas are the best beaches we visited in Tenerife. Unlike Playa de las Americas which is not even a real beach -it is rocky and totally unpleasant. Fañabe is also quite animated. Host was great, our baby had fallen asleep when we had to leave the appartment and he let us stay just a bit more till she woke up. There are 2 pools. One for adults and one for babies and the water was warm. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Tenerife!

Amazing apartment in a fab location. The host Pavel was great and went above and beyond to help when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The location is spot on, right next to a supermarket and only 15 min stroll to the front. Lots of lovely restaurants closer if you didn’t want to walk that far. Taxi of required was €5. Apartment has everything you need. Washing machine, hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster etc. doesn’t have a microwave but that didn’t bother us. Patio area is huge with a dining table, L shaped sofa and sun beds. Pool area is spotless and clean. Highly recommend and already booked to come back again 👍
