The property was good but the toilet smell was not going secondly the towels were very dirty and insects were there i have images also

2nd time staying at this place, we stayed in a 4 x bedroom apartment which was huge! plenty of space for us all and each room has an en suite. as always, very clean, spacious and has all the amenities required for travellers. just a drive away to City Road with lots of resturants / coffee shops and stores. Wonderful stay as always and will be back here for my next stay in Cardiff.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and with great facilities. Even had cleaning stuff, washing up liquid etc under the kitchen sink which is greatly appreciated. the apartments are secure with coded front door to the flats. The bowls provided were inadequate and upon contacting the hosts these were replaced within hours so very impressed with the speed of replying and rectifying the problem. Great location for the area we needed and shops in the immediate vicinity made it ideal.

The plug was broken in the sink so made it difficult to wash up however im sure the owners will sort out asap.

The size of the accommodation,cleanliness,good location,shops nearby & the prompt reply of the host.

No parking,no pillow cases & not enough toilet paper

The location was okay.

A day before our stay, the host inforned us that the apartment that we booked was canceled because of some maintenance issues. To be honest, did not like that but did not have time to find and book another place so we accepted another place that they offered us hoping it would be of no less standards than the one we had booked before. We also been asked to pay 300 pounds security deposit for potential damages in the house and we did it. We have been travelling all day and we arrived at the place quite late. Once we arrived, we were shocked: when you open the door there is a smelly corridor full of trash and dust. It gives you the impression that the place has not been cleaned for ages. There are many doors around so trying to find which door is yours, you might try to open them. Two of those doors lead you to a wall with wires and cables. Now that does not seem safe at all especially for us, a family with an infant and two more kids 2 years and 4 years old. Unfortunately we have not been provided with the instructions on which of all these many doors would lead us to the small yard that in it's turn leads you to another doors one of which is yours. Anyway, we finally managed to get to the house. Generally speaking I should stay that when host takes so much money for the security deposit for the potential damages the host has to make sure that the house that it offers is not damaged at the first place. So when we got inside we mentioned that there were many damages and that made us anxious. For instance, the curtain of one of the bedrooms was broken, the refrigerators door was not opening properly, the toilet seat was not stable so you couldn't sit on it because it was moving, 3 of the shelters seemed to have issues (one was lesning downd and other two were ready to collapse, the frame of the painting on the wall was also broken, the walls were dirty at some places. So in the morning I mentioned some of these issues to the host.
