"Ustka is beautiful in September. Apartment is not."

Quite clean, center of Ustka

We paid for superior room with terrace. We received the worst possible room next to the noisy reception with no terrace. No explanation why, water did not flow from the shower no coffee machine of any kind, although the description states that the kitchen is fully equipped. location of the room between the Rossmann and Żabka stores - noise from night and early morning deliveries.

+Great LOCATION. +EASY check-in, no key. +Indoor PLAYGROUND for kids. +FRIENDLY staff.

-Stairs were too much for older people and small children. -The terrace was outdated and no use.

Children playground inside the building was great addition to keep our kids busy while we rest. Central location with walkable distance to all attractions, close proximity to the beach.

"Superb"

Good location in downtown area. Easy to check in. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Looked like had a nice play area for kids. And nice terrace/patio to sit out on.

Was a little loud with all the kids running around. But didn't bother me I'm a mom.

"Convenient location, good size apartment."

Conveniently located. Apartment is spacious, light and airy. It was quiet and we didn’t hear quests staying in other apartments. Friendly and helpful staff. The property has a very nice terrace. Sadly due to the cold weather we weren’t able to make the most of it.

nothing major. it lacks few pieces of kitchen equipment such as coffee maker or good size wine glasses. Coat hanger would be handy too.
