Lovely location. Plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were fabulous!

Damp wall in Burford; photo sent to management team. Broken slats in the bunks in Stanton; photos sent. The shower door in Bourton didn't close so the floor flooded very badly; photos sent. Heating controls were very unreliable, so some rooms were boiling and some were freezing and the system required constant management. Dining room/conservatory was freezing! Cushions were old and flat.
