"Minimalist"

Minimalist, quiet, and clean. The 3 essentials that I was looking for and I found it here.

Certain furniture needs some update, and air conditioning needs some service.

"Minimalist apartment stay"

The location is great attached next to a mall and surrounded by all the great restaurants and cafes. Also I like the minimalist set up that gives me a peace and quiet getaway from crowds.

I would prefer to have a pot provided for my own cooking. Also, the drain system can be laced with some anti-insect or repellant. Lastly the aircond is not chill enough even at 16c so maybe the owner can take a look at it. Overall, small issues and will definitely stay again.
