The owner was responsive over chat and tried to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. The location was convenient, and once the heating and gas were fixed, the stay became more manageable.

The property was not properly prepared for our arrival. The dustbin was full, the bedroom wasn’t set, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The biggest issue was that the heating and gas were not working for nearly 3 hours in cold weather, which was especially difficult while travelling with our 10-month-old baby. The cleaner also arrived quite late, around 9 PM, which added to the inconvenience.

The accomodation and site were very good, easy access to the locations I had wished to visit.

I had a bad experience at the Whetherspoons. I informed them that I am on a gluten free diet (not out of choice) and asked for a gluten free meal, as shown on their allergy website. The meal I was served turned out to not be gluten free, making me very ill. So be aware if you have a food allergy.

Nicely maintained caravan in good location

No gas and therefore no means of cooking or heating on the caravan There was no welcome pack and therefore no easy way of resolving this with a phone call. I submitted a complaint re this and was fobbed off that gas had run out . This was not true . It was disconnected ! Someone must have known. There was no real apology and no compensation for a freezing uncomfortable and hungry night

Clean I have stayed in a few caravans mainly booked through the actual site Never stayed in a caravan as clean as this Well equipped - kitchen,, DVDs Nice touches

The place was well equipped, clean and really nice and cosy. Loved the location. The owner was quick to reply to my messages and very helpful.
