Perfect place to be

it’s location. located close to a stadium where some or other activities keep going on. This causes a lot of discomfort and disturbance to the guests.

had to wait 45 minutes in washroom after filling one hot tub 🙁 had to make calls for each and everything related to toiletries. there is a typical pungent smell in the room and also the rooms are not well ventilated.

Assorted variety of food. Good taste. Cosy ambience.

It is close to a stadium which often becomes a reason for disturbance. There was a marriage ceremony going on at the property during my stay. They were playing full blast blaring music right below my window in the lawn of the Hotel. This was maddening and the Hotel should impose some restrictions on such activities. They should inform the guests in advance so that they have an option to cancel their bookings.

Excellent staff, everyone including the most customer oriented manager, Mr. Basudev. The breakfast and dinner service were excellent led by their F&B Manager, Mr Sudip. We enjoyed our spa treatment as well. The decor and the photos on the walls really showed the heritage of the hotel. We loved our stay and the mascot, who is names “Hilton”, must be a tongue and cheek reference to their competitor. We loved the very friendly dog, Hilton.
