The house was cozy, but exterior needed some cleaning (spider webs and grime on outdoor ceilings). Some of the outdoor fans did not work. Everything else worked well. The only thumbs down was communication. We were informed the day before that a golf cart (that we were not allowed to use) was consuming the 2nd parking space in the driveway, so we only had one parking space. Even after contacting the rental office, they suggested I use Google Maps to find off site parking... rude. This was a BIG concern the whole trip down. Thankfully, this was a miscommunication and there was not golf cart.
