Charming studio - in the downtown

Студиото е на супер удобно място ,за нас лично всичко беше на пешеходно разстояние ,но и сме от хората които обичат да вървят . В близост има страхотни заведения за хапване.Собственика отговаряше буквално за минути на каквото и запитване да имахме .Със сигурност бихме посетили отново !

Esta en una muy buena localizacion, cerca de todo

Estaba sucio. Llegamos antes para poder dejar las malestas y nos encontramos con la señora de la limpieza que nos trato un poco mal y nos dijo que volvieramos mas tarde. Al volver nos encontramos polvo por todos lados, peloz en los cojines del sofa y telarañas en el baño. Necesita una remodelacion. Las cañerias del baño huelen muchisimo pero al tener una ventana grande se ventila rapido.

Boravak u Apartment My Home je bio zaista izvanredno iskustvo! Lokacija je odlična — sve je blizu i na dohvat ruke, idealno za obilazak grada. Sam smještaj je prelijepo uređen, moderan i jako prijatan za boravak. Čistoća je na nivou 10/10, cijeli stan je savršeno održavan i predivno mirisao čim sam ušla. Posebnu pohvalu zaslužuje gospodin Peđa, vlasnik apartmana — izuzetno ljubazan, susretljiv i zaista predivan domaćin. Osjećala sam se dobrodošlo i sigurno tokom cijelog boravka. Topla preporuka svima koji traže kvalitetan, uredan i odlično lociran smještaj u Beogradu. Rado bih se ponovo vratila! 🌟

La ubicación excelente. El hoster contesta muy rápido. El estudio es muy completo para pasar unos días.

Del termo salía algo de agua, es algo que tiene que arreglar. Aunque no fue una gran cosa. Seguía saliendo agua caliente.

The appartment is easy to reach, close to everything you need. The check-in process was easy and clear. In terms of cleanliness it was decent, but there is room for improvement. It was chilly outside, but the room was warm and cozy. Even though its not a big appartment it is just enough space for a couple to be comfortable.

We had a little issue with water as the building was under maintenance and we were not informed about it priorly, but it was fixed within a few hours. While I understand that it was out of the host's control, I would have loved to be informed about it and work my schedule around the issue. Not enough coffee pods for the stay (2 pods for a 3 nights stay for 2 people). Not usually an issue, but the machine works on nespresso vertuo and those can't be found anywhere else other than Nespresso stores. Not a big deal, tho.

The apartment is exactly what is shown in the pictures, and everything is working fine. Location is good, walking distance to a street full of restaurants. The safety of the apartment is a plus. The contact with the landlord was easy and fast

The buliding is quite weird, no maintenance, as a first view you can be scared, but then you see that it is quite and nothing happens there, so you get more comfortable with the neighbours.
