An excellent location. Very friendly and responsive host. Great communication and very clear and accurate instructions.

Very cozy place with a ton of space and a place for BBQ outside. There is so much space, it was kind of a riddle to find some rooms we need 😄 In case of fire, you can find all necessary supplements.

For some reason, the heating goes down by morning.

It was big enough

No tv, no kettle no toaster. Couldn’t work out the light switches. Needs new front door.

It was a big space that was very clean and decorated nicely. Had a nice view of the town. Cool old key to open the interior door. If we were there longer, the deck would have been a great place to hang out, but we were only there for one night. (Photos are from right before we left, so we had stripped the bedding)

It was a very weird layout with the entry door leading to a hallway in the middle of the house and stairs that went up to a part of the house that was not ours to use. Then the a door at the end of the hallway went into the space that was ours to use. You had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the door in one bedroom led back out into the hallway that you entered into. The door to get out to the deck wasn't able to be opened. Only one of us took a shower because the way the shower was, the water leaked over the whole bathroom.

Large apartment with plenty of space. Clean. Good kitchen facilities. Fine for our purposes (1 night stay) with family (2 adults, 2 children).

This was clearly a house conversion to apartment(s), and the distribution was a bit unusual with one bedroom accessible only through the other. The bedrooms were quite small. Light for the bathroom was in the corridor (outside the apartment) - the light was on when we arrived and we didn't work out how to switch it off until the next day when we were leaving....

This was a very last-minute booking to break a drive from Geiranger to Bergen. Forde seemed to be a logical stop, but we wish we had looked at Lavik instead! It was clean enough, but did find hairs in the bathroom sink and shower.

The apartment layout was weird - couldn't turn the bathroom light on from inside, it was operated from a switch in a shared hallway. Lots of noise from occupants above (owners maybe?). No kettle in the kitchen, we didn't cook anything so can't comment on the oven/hob. Forde itself is frankly unpleasant - an industrial type town based around a shopping centre, not somewhere to spend a great amount of time.
