La struttura è bella e confortevole, in posizione strategica per gli eventi allo Stadio San Nicola, camere, pulizia e dehors fuori molto apprezzatto, parcheggio auto ampio, discreta la colazione.

The room was very big, and the toiletries were all there. We had a sofa in the room, which was very nice extra.Nice outside the seating area, good breakfast.

Just an area is a bit strange.

We arrived very late and felt incredibly unsafe to be there. It’s located rather out of city close to motorway. Beginning of the street was filled up with big containers full of garbage, which already gave not a nice impression. When we arrived to the house itself- it was located on a very dark empty street, with big dogs barking around by neighbors. It took some time to figure out how to open the gate and when we arrived finally to the house itself (which was another 200 miter drive from the gate)- there was one single window with the light on the first floor with drying laundry on the window, and some old van standing by the house. Our room was on the ground floor- with very thing front door that could be just kicked out by the foot. Multiple dogs kept barking overall. We felt incredibly unsafe and terrified by the whole empty and dark location, and decided not to stay there (especially with 2 little kids). We wrote to the location owner right away that we wouldn’t stay there. Just as a note- it’s a self check in place, and we booked it few hours before arrival. Nevertheless they refused to accept cancellation and return money, despite no work from their side had to be done, no one was welcoming us and everything is organized as a self check in place. We strongly recommend Booking.com to take this place out of offering. Expedia, for example, doesn’t have it. Not recommended- especially for families, but neither for just for adults. Spooky and scary place.

Camera pulita, personale cordiale e colazione abbondante. Posizione vicina agli svincoli della tangenziale, ma comunque utile per raggiungere le spiagge. Acquapark di Bari a poche centinaia di metri.

La posizione vicina agli svincoli potrebbe risultare scomoda per chi vuole raggiungere velocemente il centro città.
