MAThe bedsheets and the beds were great. We liked the property - being a riad with some charm. Liked the towels. Good hot water.
One air conditioner didn't work. One fan didn't work. downstairs bathroom door doesn't have an inside knob and way to lock. Shower stalls not in good condition. The fridge was very weak. Very limited kitchen cups and plates. Couldn't use my coffee maker because there was not one coffee mug.
PLThe apartment has potential and a good location. A lot of space, 3 showers, so it will fit a big group.
The apartment was unkempt, not very clean, some elements were falling off. Some things to improve.
GBIt was cheap/good value and in a convenient location.
Dirty pans, only 2 cereal bowls for 6 people and one was cracked, tiny tiny toilet space, almost unusable. Owner responded to a request for more keys in addition to the single key supplied to be shared among 6 people! However a second request for more cereal bowls was unfulfilled. It could be a very nice Riad but I got the impression that the owner was too busy doing other things to be concerned with details like dirty pans and lack of bowls.

GBWe got the whole place to ourselves. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 showers. The host was great. She was very responsive and was able to help us find the property and when we were not able to use the washing machine to get our towels cleaned. Overall, good value for money and in a great location. The WiFi was good also.
The property is not as described. I do not like to moan, but I want to make it clear to future guests, what they are booking. •The place had a bad smell of cat wee. especially the room on the roof which we couldn’t use because of the smell. The host has said that it has now been deep cleaned so hopefully should not be a problem for future guests. •The kitchen is not usable, the saucepans and appliances are very dirty. The fridge also does not keep things cold so we could not self cater. •The washing machine electrocuted one of us, so we were not able to use it. The host was happy to get someone to clean our towels though. •The hot tub was not set up and was very dirty. I don’t know if you have to request it. But it Is listed as a feature that we couldn’t use. •One of the showers doesn’t work and 2 of the toilets did not lock and were very dark. •Some care has to be taken as water gathers on the floors and some furniture is unsafe. Also unsafe for children.
PTLocation was very good, near a major dropoff point, a small walk to the riad. The beds were alright.
The kitchen was not very clean nor well equiped. The whole place smelled of cat urine. There were bathrooms with no light, bedroom doors that didn’t close (including upstairs, where it lead to the terrace). Overall it was not very comfortable to stay there

FIDo not book this one!! Booked for 3 nights, stayed for one as arrival was late in the evening. Wifi and heating was promised but neither worked. The riad doesn’t have a proper roof and during our stay it was rainy, windy and really cold. Ended up sleeping with our coats on and it was raining inside. Dirty sheets on some beds and ended up finding a bird nest on top of one of the air conditioners, spreading diseases and dirt. Contacted the host put she denied everything and stopped responding. Not even responding to booking and still waiting to get our money back!

AUGood location and close to everything. Host was easy to communicate with. Comfortable beds and plenty of blankets. Cheap for 1 night stay but would not want to be there any longer.
The whole Riad had a bad smell. The second shower had no drainage system. There was insufficient toilet paper on arrival. There were dirty towels hanging up over the railings when we got there. There was not sufficient lighting. There was not enough convenient charging ports for 6 people.
