BYМного бытовой техники, чисто в номере.Близко от ж.д.вокзала и автовокзала. Рядом магазин. Номер отличный, есть только небольшие нюансы .
Наш номер выходил на улицу ,где оживленное движение, очень шумно. И по мелочам : плитка не работает и слив в душе забит.Комната 18.

Лифт переодически не работает. Водонагревательный бак (бойлер) капает. В душевай кабине очень медленно сливается вода. Из окон дует. Бокс для хранения/передачи ключей поломан. Кодовый замок на входе в здание не работает. Сердцевина/личинка замка в номер - плохо закреплена, болтается. Самое ужасное - металическая кровать скрипит даже от собственного дыхания.

LVGood location. Nice soft towels. The hairdryer was missing, but the staff quickly took care of it.
City tax had to be paid after the booking payment, on a separate platform - and this was not communicated beforehand. Building entry code changed mid stay, and this was not sent via email. Several other smaller things that indicate only average attention to detail.
HUThe staff on the phone were very kind and helpful. The location is excellent — close to both the train station and the city center. The check-in information was mostly clear and easy to follow.
The cleanliness could be improved, as the walls were noticeably dirty. The bed was unstable and squeaked with even a small movement. They really should take better care of the furniture and repair the bed, as it affected the comfort of the stay.
