Really disgusting. Our experience in this apartment was nothing short of disastrous. The owner's decision to rent it out in its current condition is baffling. A malfunctioning water heater meant we had no hot water during our stay. To make matters worse, the toilet basin's drainage was clogged, resulting in a flood. The shower drainage was also severely clogged, and we were forced to resort to using a spade to clear the blockage. I would strongly caution against staying in this apartment.

We've encountered a couple of problems with the facilities. Firstly, the toilet doesn't have a holder for toilet paper, and the owner is quite frugal when it comes to providing a decent quality toilet paper. Additionally, the kitchen has a cooker hood, but it's essentially just for decoration since there's no oven, microwave, or induction oven. To add insult to injury, we're expected to pay extra to use an induction stove, which seems like an unnecessary expense on top of the rental fee.
