It will be an ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT to receive instructions for autonomous access and to be able to access the accommodations to register with the local authorities: a) Completing a form and verifying identity through the link provided by the host (Registration platform). b) Providing the host with the required data to complete the Registration Form. - SMOKING is not permitted inside the accommodations. - Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed. The maximum capacity of the property is 4 people. - Please wash the dishes and dispose of the garbage before check-out. - Turn off the lights and air conditioning when not in the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
