Orion Villa by DH Ubud

Loved the villa especially especially at night when the lights came on outside. So nice to look at.

Could of used a mosquito net on the bed. But that is just bali for mosquitoes.

Staff met us on site and took our luggage from the drop off point and showed us around. Very nice touch. The property itself was beautiful and exactly how it was in the pictures. Staff were quick to respond to any issues we had even if it was out of hours.

Nothing. Everything was as expected and more.

We stayed here for a month, and had a great time! Positives: The place itself is the perfect size for two people. The bed is large and very comfortable!!!! The Wi-Fi is great (we both were working and attending online meetings and never had any issues). The pool is such a blessing in the hot weather. The staff are friendly and resolved our minor issues very quickly. Great location with restaurants and shops within 10min walk away. Negatives: the kitchen has limited equipment (no oven, microwave, blender), so you may not be able to cook often. Sometimes there was no notice that a staff member would be coming to provide us with something or repair something. We wish the AC was a little more powerful, though it is still adequate. Overall, we had a really memorable stay here and would recommend for anyone exploring Ubud. Thank you to the team for hosting us.

Room Manager was very attentive and responsible. Try to settle our issue as soon as he can.

Cleanliness need seriously to look into it.

I loved the privacy of the Villa and loved the small restaurants around the area that was in good walking distance. It is close to Ubud Centre too. The Villa is cosy and has plenty of facilities and the hotel manager is so accomodating and helpful.
