Karolina contacted me personally on WhatsAap about getting keys from the lockbox and she made sure instructions are clear and understandable. She was really polite and positive. Warm flat. Coffee capsules to go with the coffee machine, box of tea, sugar, salt, pepper etc. in the kitchen. Plenty of towels, and basic toiletries in the bathroom. Good location, easy public transport links nearby and plenty of convenient stores - Zabka which is opened 6:00-23:00, 7 days a week (including holidays) literally next to the building entrance.

To repeat from previous comments: - microwave does not work - TV has only 11 obscure channels (apart from "Polsat" nothing main; paranormal activity channel, music hits from the past channel, home improvements channel - you get the gist) - Internet was shambles (ookla showed 2.22 Mbps, yes, just 2, I am not mistaken), combining with lack of TV, if you are coming from abroad, make sure your mobile has a decent data plan. - no washing up liquid in the kitchen (dishes previously clearly washed with hand soap as plenty of soapy residues) - lack of bottom seal on shower screen in the bathroom, water escapes while showering. ALL ABOVE WERE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED MONTHS AGO IN COMMENTS and should have been sorted by host long time ago (was secretly hoping for that and booked it regardless, my mistake). On top of the above: - cleanliness was seriously lacking: there were plenty of spots with a lot of dust; sockets were sticky from dirt; food stuck to the underneath of kitchen cupboard; bathroom mirror, bin and toilet were cleaned with the same cloth as same mini particles and streaks left on all, hope the mirror was first... - flat needs airing more often, really bad suffocating smell on arrival that only went after 1h of opening all windows. After leaving flat and coming back again the smell came back. - bed was ok but I was only given very thin duvet and even thiner poliester blanket, I was simply cold at night and felt drafty due to lack od proper cover.

The location is close to the train station so it was easy to reach the apartment by walk, the instructions for the key were clear, overall it was nice, not a big flat but perfect for a couple. the balcony is nice for the sunny days we had. there's an elevator and the building is quiet new. you have many shops around the flat and the mall is close. you have an easy access to transportation. the neighbourhood felt safe also at night, it's only 15 min walk to the city center. the communication with owners was easy, I do recommend it for a short visit in Wroclaw. Thank you, we had a lovely time in Wroclaw.

- Bedroom is located on the main road side so I couldn't sleep well with open windows ( after closing the windows it was fine) - there's a coffee machine in the kitchen but no capsules... it could have been nice to put some - the soap dispenser in the bathroom was almost empty - It could have been nice to have a folding chairs for the balcony - going up to the apartment includes few narrow stairs - could be a challenge with a heavy large suitcases (for us it was ok)

The apartment was really beautiful, modern and clean. There was a bakery and a small supermarket just downstairs. There's a possibility to park your car in the garage. You can walk to the city center in about 20 minutes, but tram and bus stops are also close. The owner was responsive. There were a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, and also the kitchen is well-equipped. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable.

There was a really bad smell in the hall. The microwave oven did not work. An air conditioner would be nice to have in the apartment. When having a shower, the water comes out to the floor easily as a plastic piece is missing from under the shower glass. The sofa in the living room is not in the best condition.

Cute place just a couple mins walk from old town and Wrocław Glówny! Self check in was easy and the apartment had everything we needed.

The Balcony.....It was to narrow. We had hoped to sit out, with a coffee and sandwich
