the room quite confortable

the toilet was very dirty. and no one in the receptionist from night till the morning. the front gate just open like that.dangerous if something bad happen

Book bilik yang ada aircond. Tapi dpt bilik kipas. Air slow then takde for the next day. Flush toilet takde air.

The toilet dirty. Not clean up by room service because still got hair stuck from previous tenant. Toilet bowl also dirty. Advertised as breakfast provided BUT you need to drive to another restaurant to buy your breakfast there. Tv cannot be used. Only been told that the tv 'rosak' when we go ask at the counter after check in. No staff around upon our stay. Just leave our key at the counter upon checkout. This hotel was overrated as 10 points give 😑
