We had no hot water for 4 nights Imagine having kids and no hot water They don’t answer until the next day and who even they send doesn’t start until after 10 am the next day We whet through hell and all we got is excuses 4 nights no hot water my kids got sick because we had no choice but to shower with cold water Nothing was offered but simply excuses they even tried to blame us but thank god thd second technician confirmed it was the thermostat Gets worst after that the stove doesn’t work and we had bought pizza for the kids again had to wait until the next day After that we had to wait another day for new stove Imagine all this and not ones offered us another apartment or a refund so we can relocate
