Hacía frío en las habitaciones. Las ventanas estaban sucísimas. El día de Nochevieja quedamos sin agua caliente. Una persona muy mal educada de la empresa nos dijo de forma muy condescendiente “El agua caliente funciona con placas solares. No ves que está lloviendo? Cómo va a haber agua caliente?” Increíble. Y entonces por la noche???? Pusimos una reclamación al alojamiento por este tema y nos dijo que pasaban, que lo tramitásemos con booking. Booking tampoco fue capaz de solucionar nada. Ellos piden 300 euros de fianza y tienen muchísimas normas dentro del alojamiento pero no responden cuando ellos funcionan mal.

RUЧудесная квартира, с продуманным и красивым интерьером, очень комфортная для проживания семьи из 3-х человек. Кровати, подушки, места для хранения, огромные окна, удобно организованные санузлы (проблема во многих квартирах) - у нас остались самые приятные впечатления! Не говоря уже о том, что квартира теплая, что зимой очень важно, но встречается редко)) Спасибо!!
Не понравилось только одно - под окнами внизу расположены мусорные баки, вокруг которых все три дня был разбросан мусор. Но это конечно не имеет отношения к самой квартире.
