"Nice apartment in quiet area of Phatumnak"

The apartment is as shown on the site. Very comfortable in quiet area of Phatumnak, with a 100bht Grab ride all around central town or Jomtien. Very close to amazing cliff side restaurants 3 Mermaids and Sky Gallery, etc., with a 7-11 less than 2 mins walk if you are after a quick snack!

Some very minor maintenance required, and had to wait a little while (15-20mins) for receipt of keys to check-in, but property manager (Pu) was very communicative on the day, so nothing major and can definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect for 2 people. Pu, the manager was very helpful, she helped with everything.

Uncomfortable for 3 and 4 people. If you want to use the toilet or bathroom, you have to go through the bedroom where two people are sleeping. Sofa bed for 3rd and 4th person very hard, uncomfortable, after 3 days I got back pain. The blanket was without a bedsheet, which made me feel uncomfortable. Therefore, ideal for 2 people.

Extraordinary view and location is very good between Pattaya and Jomtien. Staff are really professional and security also. Swimming pool on top with one of the best views in whole Chonburi district. Nice gym too next to the swimming pool The bed is super comfy

The apartment needs a touch of upgrade and especially the chairs on the balcony.
