5 Frogs Hotel Bucerias

Nuestra experiencia en el hospedaje fue excelente. El hotel es confortable, las habitaciones estaban limpias y eran muy cómodas. La cocina estaba bien equipada, con todos los utensilios en perfecto estado. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención del personal, que fue excepcionalmente amable y servicial en todo momento.

I just returned from a 4 night stay at 5 Frogs Hotel in Bucerías and everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The suite was huge, clean, and had more amenities than we could use! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow, and the beach is very close by. My teenagers were also very happy :) We had delicious tapas from the restaurant downstairs.

Un lugar pequeño, pero con un corazón enorme Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. El hotel es pequeño, pero no le falta nada: es cómodo, limpio, acogedor y con todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia tranquila y agradable. Lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la atención del personal. Son personas honestas y amables. A mi hija se le olvidó su cartera en el hotel, y no solo nos llamaron de inmediato para avisarnos, ¡sino que incluso se tomaron la molestia de llevárnosla hasta donde estábamos! Ese tipo de detalles no se olvidan y hablan mucho del compromiso y la calidez humana que se respira en este lugar. Sin duda, volveríamos. Un hotel que demuestra que no se necesita ser grande para ofrecer una gran experiencia.

Es un excelente lugar para pasar un fin de semana al igual que vacaciones, las habitaciones muy cómodas y elegantes, me gustó la zona del asado, el personal muy atento y servicial. 100% recomendable

This IS THE PLACE to stay... I booked for 3 nights..stayed another 4.. Perfect location.. Huge suite/room and personal terrace.. Pools Restaurant/bar Staff are Rock Stars!!! Stay Here!! I will again!!

The 5 Frogs is a wonderful little hotel and was recently renovated with tastefully decorated rooms. The staff are very attentive and were open and helpful to all of our questions. They all went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to friends and family. Looking forward to returning some day!!
