The apartment was much larger than I expected, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. Daniela was a very welcoming and friendly host. It was only a couple of minutes walk down to the lake - you can swim by the park at the end of the road (avoiding the ferries!) or there are countless little spots to the right and beach areas to the left. Great position for trips further afield to other towns, other lakes and up into the mountains. The private parking space is at the back of the property through 2 automatic gates - very straightforward once you get the fobs!

The host Daniela was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We got two sets of keys which was helpful. She provided us with complimentary things in the kitchen (coffee, oil etc) which was so kind. Spacious bathroom with laundry and excellent shower.

Unfortunately it can be a little noisy when you have the windows in the bedrooms open.

Posizione super comoda per accedere al lago e molto vicino al supermercato locale, parcheggio interno alla struttura, ottima pulizia, cucina molto fornita (abbondanza di stoviglie/pentole/piatti/bicchieri e di vari accessori) e comoda da utilizzare, spazi ampi e luminosi. Padroni di casa super cortesi e disponibili, con piccole attenzioni che ci hanno fatto molto piacere (come il cestino di benvenuto con prodotti per la colazione e piccole confezioni di olio e aceto, di cui spesso abbiamo constatato l'assenza anche in cucine dichiarate complete di tutto, condimenti compresi). Sicuramente consigliato per godersi il lago e rilassarsi.

The location is in a quieter corner of Pettenasco and very close to a nice beach. There is everything you may need in the apartment. The parking space was also organised by the owner. The house was impeccably clean. Definitely recommended.

The flat we had and the one above were both beautiful and well kept. The house has secure offroad parking and a large enough garden for children to run around in. The house is very close to the lakeside, easy to walk through to a local restaurant on the lake. It's a very calm and quiet location. Supermarket very close - 5 mins.

Communication from the owner about the location of the keys could have been clearer. We understood they were hidden at the house until we were told the different house number for finding them. A bit frustrating! There are houses opposite but some warehouses to two sides and an empty plot to the third. This didn't really matter as noone was there while we were.

It was remarkable staying. The property exceeded all our expectations. It is situated in two passes from the beautiful Orta Lake. Big kitchen/dining room with all the necessary equipment and facilities, including dishwasher. One bedroom with big and comfortable bed and one bedroom with 1,5 bed and one single bed. There is also a large bathroom equipped with both a bath and a shower. It also has a bidet and a washing machine. Very friendly hostess Daniela who responded quickly to all our requests. CONAD supermarket is situated not far from the property. Also there is a farmer store in Pettenasco with a large selection of salami, cheeses and wine. Pettenasco is a very beautiful and charming place on the shore of a beautiful lake, surrounded by mountains. This place is great for both relaxation and as a starting point for trips to the surrounding sightseeings in Italy and Switzerland.

We liked everything

Very clean, spacious, secure parking and equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen.

As a self catering unit in the township of Pettenasco, it was very well set up, spacious, located near the lake and not too far from the railway station. Ferries ran from it to the other locations on the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. At the time we were there, it was very quiet, but i expect could be a bit noisier during peak summer.

nothing much really. Could have had a tea towel to dry dishes and a small vegetable knife. TV a bit small for the room, but most adequate.
