L'appartamento con un bel giardinetto, pulito e ben accessoriato. Da rivedere l'arredamento

La struttura appare un po' lasciata andare, il giardino poco curato e anche gli arredi degli esterni

Pas d'accueil, porte déjà ouverte à notre arrivée, vaisselle à renouveler, terrasse à entretenir (le bel arbre prend toute la place !) lieu un peu isolé de tout (pas de commerces à proximité).

La proximité de la ligne électrique haute tension et le pilône devant le logement. La chambre n'est pas séparée mais en enfilade (pas de porte pour la séparer du reste du logement).

The villa had a stunning setting in the hillside and although was part of a complex it was set apart and private. A complementary gift from Babs on arrival was a lovely addition

Villa Winni is part of a small group of mini-villas at Castillo Lanzarote. Ours offered complete privacy in a well-equipped apartment-size space, along with 2 private terraces. There’s a view of the sea in the distance and a short climb down some steps to a charming pool, which is heated. The surrounding area is residential, which in Lanzarote means individual plots for white houses in a dark landscape. The owner has done a beautiful job landscaping and planting in this difficult environment. I can thoroughly recommend this for people who want more space and autonomy than you get in the tourist resorts.

This property was available to save me from a very disappointing property on the other part of the island. The contrast was overwhelming, this place is just perfect. A home from home, literally everting you need. Stunning south facing secluded terrace with a comfy day bed was the highlight for me. Everything else was just perfect. A must!
