Location perfect to visit son at uni. Warm and comfortable.

Couldn't get the oven to work properly. Could have done with some teatowels.

Very spacious and comfortable environment, we like it a lot!

One of the bedrooms has an unusual layout, which may cause some issues when staying in that room. Also, suggest that the owner install those anti-slip stickers on the staircase to prevent any accidents.

"2 day decompress en route to Dunedin returning from camping holiday in Nelson"

Location. Space. Light. My wife liked the washer-dryer.

Noisy in the mornings (the road). The blinds didn't really do the job. The window frames need sanded/planed.
