Las Brisas de Santa fe

Location

I was told I was renting a two bedroom two full bath condo. I was given a two bedroom (one with twin beds) one full bath one half bath condo. NOT Happy! What I paid for was not available according to facility manager.

Location is excellent. It's close to everything, either walkable or driveable!

The only thing was the toilet lid fell off and wouldn’t stay on in the bathroom downstairs.

These condos are quintessential New Mexico adobe style and we loved it! It was our 2nd stay this year; 2nd time we brought the family for Christmas. The location is fantastic. They’re close enough to downtown to walk and in a neighborhood which makes them cozy and authentic. There are only like 20 units so it feels homey and just right! The size is perfect (about 1200 sf) with high ceilings and small courtyards or patios- just perfect! Parking is close and onsite! Excellent! Sheila the manager and her husband went out of their way to help us; from extra towels to lending us their garden wagon to put twin 3 year olds into for a ride to the Plaza Square. I would definitely stay again. 🥰

Nothing really! The water upstairs in shower was a bit cold I was told.
