Friendly, helpful hosts. Walking distance to downtown and Trader Joe's. It was so nice to cook in the kitchen and enjoy meals on the patio! We loved our stay & would love to come back!

"Spacious with Character & Location!"

Very spacious- like 1300 sq ft with Santa Fe character. We were in unit 2, which had courtyard seating for 4, parking, a downstairs & upstairs bed (comfortable!) and bath. It had a laundry room, hair dryers in both baths with hotel size soap, shampoo & lotion. Downstairs had a large L shaped couch, chairs, TV, kitchen & dining table for 6. Kitchen had cooking utensils, supplies include some coffee & filters, paper towels and some dishwasher & washer pods. Firewood was available for fireplace - didn't use. The office manager is still working out coordination between booking.com and the time share rentals, but it worked perfectly for my booking. FYI, there are 10 time share rentals (6, 2 BR and 4, 1 BR) which may be booked out when they are available, so you don't know the exact unit till you get there. The location is perfect! Great stay!

Carpet on stairs could be updated. Enjoyed the stay!

"Nice condo in a good location"

Good in town location, spacious condo, working kiva fireplace were all pluses.

A few things in the unit needed to be fixed/ repaired. We mentioned it to the reception when we checked out.

"spacious one bedroom in a great location"

The one bedroom was really spacious and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - a little outside of the main tourist drag but extremely walkable to all attractions and restaurants. We loved being able to walk to The Brakeroom for a beer. The Santa Fe farmers market is also within walking distance.

"Nice and spacious. Lacks modern devices."

Very spacious and comfortable. Like a home away from home.

Communication was not existent. Tried emailing, texting, and calling with zero response. Onsite Office is open during normal business hours. We arrived during these hours, so check in was not an issue. If you are arriving outside business hours, hopefully they would recognize that and reach out to you. Condo lacks modern entertainment devices with Bluetooth connectivity. Not an issue for me but be aware.
