CAExcellent value for the price. The staff were kind and polite and the building was SO clean. The view from the rooftop balcony is fantastic. The A/C was strong. They don’t mind visitors hanging clothes from the balcony, so perfect for the budget traveller doing laundry in the room sink.
CHThe location was good. It wasn't quite in the center, but everything was in walking distance (f.e. nice restaurants at Townsquare).
The path to the Hotel is very dark and quite dirty. Apart from that, the AC in our room was so loud that we didn't sleep well.

GBCAAs i said in my customer service feedback, all the pleasant and amazing things said about the host are true. She is a great lady, very helpful and professional. Right from our WhatsApp exchange since I booked the place to my arrival, she responded very promptly to my messages and queries. The place itself is a 2 to 3 minutes walk to the square, main street and El nido beach. Highly recommended!

ITPosizione solo perché il centro è raggiungile a piedi. Ma zona orribile, per raggiungere la struttura bisogna accedere da una stradina piena di rifiuti e di escrementi di cani. Brutta davvero.
Pulizia bagni sporchi con insetti. Acqua gelata e senza pressione. Gabinetto sporco di escrementi. Abbiamo segnalato il problema dell’acqua il boiler era gia rotto e l’unica soluzione che ci hanno proposto è stata di fare la doccia al secondo piano in un bagno pubblico anche esso sporco. Mi spiace ma ci avete rovinato il soggiorno a el nido.
