Urlaubsmagie - Ferienwohnung Hirschkäfer - Gemeinschaftsgarten, Sauna und saisonaler Pool

Przestronne mieszkanie, jasne, ogromna zmywarka, duża lodówka, duża łazienka, wygodna kanapa, wygodne łóżka. Zameldowanie łatwe, dojście do mieszkania dobrze oznaczone, wszystko wytłumaczone. Budynek położony na zboczu, więc z jednej strony mieszkania okna są na wysokości pierwszego piętra (od ulicy, salon), a z drugiej na wysokości przyziemia (sypialnie, kuchnia, łazienka). Po dokonaniu rezerwacji otrzymuje się link do swojej "strony", gdzie znajdują się wszystkie potrzebne informacje oraz dodatkowe wskazówki, rekomendacje (polecenia szlaków, restauracji itp.). Mieszkanie ciche, nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów. Działało nawet ogrzewanie, mimo że nie było jeszcze tak zimno, więc gospodarze bardzo dbają o komfort gości. Przydałaby się jedynie angielska wersja wiadomości, które przysyłają gospodarze via Booking oraz angielska wersja wyżej wspomnianej strony z wszystkimi informacjami (musieliśmy posiłkować skę translatorem, który nie radził sobie najlepiej w pewnych momentach).

Very smooth and good communication. The location is excellent, Hrsenko, Elba, Bad Schandau, Schrammsteine, Bastei are available in 25 min. The apartment is well equipped, enough room for 6 people. Free, clean pool and resting area outside. Free parking. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bus station is close.

It could have been a little cleaner (sofa, under the beds).

This is certainly the most positive experience we have had booking a place to stay. Sebastian and the Urlaubmagie team were not only incredible hosts with a beautiful appartments, but some of the nicest people we’ve met. On our last day of our trip, we lost our car key while swimming in the Elbe river. Our phones, wallets, ID’s, EVERYTHING was locked inside our. We were left standing there with only our swiming costumes and our towls. After some panicing and lots of help from some local campers at the nearby campsite, we managed to get hold of the Urlabsmagie team who came to our rescue. Sebastian came to pick us up (30min drive) with gowns in hand - so thoughtful and kind. When we arrived back at the appartment, he helped us with an extra mobile phone, laptop and some cash so that we could get through the next couple of days until our spare key was sent from Berlin. I was really quite taken back by thier generosity and kindness. It was so refreshing to experience this - basic human kindness and genuine help. It restored my faith in humanity, in a time when it was at an all time low! Thank you Sebastian, Anna-Lena and your wonderful team. You transformed our negative experience into something so positive, we will not forget it. As for the accomodation: We were really pleasantly surprised when we entered our appartment. It was so much bigger that than we expected from what we saw on the website. The finishes were so tasteful and comfortable. The hosts have put a lot of love into every detail. Definitely exceeded our expectations. The shared garden was also very nice. Our kids enjoyed the little plunge pool and the stream that runs through the bottom of the garden. The location is great. The appartments are just a couple minutes walk from the very cute little town square, which has some lovely restaurants and shops. It’s also around the corner from the bus station which makes getting around with the free public transport tickets very convenient.

There’s really nothing negitive to report.

Unsauberkeit im Eingangsbereich des Gebäudes (viele Spinnenweben, Dreck von der Straße), Sauberkeit im Bad hätte noch besser sein können, etwas hellhörig
