Be A Nomad - Beachside Apartments

The Nomad staff were excellent to work with. They were prompt and informative with all questions. Texting worked best. The bed was comfortable and all the linens were fresh and clean. Couch was comfortable. Loved having a private door and a private deck with table and chairs. Loved the ceiling fan, bedroom lights, and a strong adjustable shower head. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities to cook. Bonus was stocked with K cups, creamer/sugar and snack nuts. Glad to have had beach chairs and light blankets/towels to use. Big TV and Roku. The water feature and landscaping were pretty. Didn't need it but there was one parking spot. Walked to all the restaurants and bars on Jax Beach. Liquor store is a block away, and publix was 1 mile away- easy walking. Friendly neighbors.

The room needed a few minor repairs- the bathroom door stuck as did the silverware drawer. The light above the sink didn't work. The AC didn't get as cold as we wanted.

Excellent location! Would definitely stay here again. Off street parking was a plus. We appreciated the generous supply of coffee, tea and other essentials. In a residential neighborhood which is also a big plus. Had little interaction with property managers but never had a need. They are obviously experienced, highly organized and generously stock the property with ample essentials

Older building but that was not an issue. Very clean, comfortable and safe. Prefer this property over the higher priced Ponte Vedra options

Affordable, very clean and close to the beach

The location was fantastic! The apartment was incredibly well stocked, kitchen, beach chairs, coffee. All the staples to get started. Check in and check out we’re very easy.

Nothing it was perfect

Everything was clean it had all the needed kitchen items along with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. good shower plenty of hot water. The keurig coffee maker was an excellent touch. Also very nice appliances microwave, range and refrigerator. Very nice TV with all the apps needed.

The mattress on the bed I could not sleep very well. Needed a small coffee table in front of the TV. Also the eating table and chairs could have been more solid not much stability. I realize it was only a one time thing but needed to call for a plumber to clean out the drain in the bathroom full of grease, hair and sand. To top it off a $120 cleaning bill is a bit high should be adjusted by how the tenant leaves the apartment

The hosts ensured that the facilities were clean and comfortable. In addition, they provided supplies to be sure that we had everything we needed to make coffee, wash dishes, shower, etc. The walk to the beach was easy, and we enjoyed going out on the big pier as well. We fell in love with this location and hope to stay here again.

The bathroom sink drains slowly. We recommend that someone check out the drain. It did not cause us a problem, but was a detail we wanted to mention.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed except for food was supplied. It was quiet, comfortable and close to the beach. We plan to stay there again.

The worst thing I can say is a light in the bathroom burned out.

Effortless access to the unit's code and exceptional communication from the host were provided. The accommodation is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It's just a short stroll to the beach, and the area is notably tranquil and serene. The stay was pleasant, especially with the New Year's celebration, allowing us to explore nearby attractions. I would highly recommend it for a tranquil getaway.

The space appeared smaller than depicted in the pictures, resulting in limited room for our suitcases. During our stay in winter, the morning temperatures hovered in the 40s. I'd suggest this spot more for warmer seasons, as the heating in the living room wasn't very effective, making it less cozy. Additionally, having a TV in the bedroom would have been beneficial for me.
