Quick walk to beach and restaurants

No ceiling fan in bedroom. A/C was very loud when on. No privacy outside

Door lock didn’t work properly. Having to take so much time to unlock or lock. I ended up leaving a day earlier. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all

Really cute with mid century modern vibes. Easy to walk to the beach and a very short drive to Neptune Beach which we loved. Nice kitchen area. Good size for a single traveler or couple.

Love seat wasn’t super comfy and the blanket for the bed was thin. There was no extra blankets or pillows.

Roaches... I didn't even stay I stayed at the Hampton inn...

This space was perfect for a couple we had space to play games the tv to play music that also filled up the space and the scenery was great especially for water lovers

The only thing that wasn’t liked about this property was the fact that there was no washer and dryer

Nothing, people smoking drugs in the building. Be A No ad will respond to this by saying their team evaluated the building and saw no signs of people smoking drugs and that I did not provide any photo or video evidence and they tried to call me. They didn’t try to call me. How do I capture the aroma of drugs and the feeling of being unsafe? Honestly this place is like something from ‘Dopesick’. We left immediately and booked a hotel for my wife’s birthday. Both Booking and Be A Nomad refusing to give a refund, Be a Nomad tells me to contact Booking and then Booking tells me to contact Be A Nomad.

This place is beyond awful, believe me, close to the beach but that’s it. Avoid at all costs, zero accountability from Booking or BAN. Again, they will both dispute my review and I will have no right of reply. I have used Booking before and no issues so I was so surprised at this place and the attitude of both parties.
