Super Hotel O Axom Inn

The room were very dirty & unhygienic,tv was not working,no window cover, found condom packets in bathroom, pillow cover & bed sheet was very dirty,& found some small from blanket.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the service provided by your staff, was outstanding. He was incredibly helpful, making our check-in process smooth and effortless. The room itself exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. The decor was modern and inviting, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The food offered at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, all of which were of excellent quality. I would rate both the room and the food a solid 10/10, especially considering the reasonable price. While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the absence of a mini-fridge and an electric kettle in the room, these were easily overlooked given the overall positive experience. Additionally, although the AC was not working during our stay, it was not a significant issue for us as the weather was cold and we didn't require it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The exceptional service provided by Service Person's (i forgot his name). coupled with the top-notch accommodations and delicious food, make it a standout choice for travelers. We look forward to returning in the future.
