Unique NYC style Loft in the heart of Madrid

The location is amazing, very close to the centre, 2 min walk from the supermarket (Carrefour and Lidl). The decor is beautiful, looks exactly like on the photos. Very clean, has most of the basic equipment in the kitchen / well equipped bathroom. The host was very helpful, met us at the apartment to show everything and the communication was spot on.

I would suggest adding some sharp knives as we struggled to cut the bread and pineapple 🙃 Unfortunately since it is a ground floor - it was a bit too loud during the night - first 2 nights I was woken up few times with people shouting / talking loudly and also by people rolling their suitcases or maybe they were taking the bins out - no idea, but it was extremely loud. The last 2 nights I slept all the way through, maybe I got used to it.

Great location within walking distance of virtually anywhere in the city. Close by to supermarkets and cafes and restaurants Had all facilities could need. Kitchen facilities in particular were great. Very comfy bed. Great shower. Air conditioning. Code access rather than key so don’t have to worry about losing key.

Host Javi met us on time at apartment and fully explained property features and how the door code worked. It is in a great location for all sites and about a 20 min walk to train station. Grocery store 2-3 min away for making use of kitchen/breakfast. Really fun loft for sleeping, and great living area for hanging out. We used the washer for our clothes - a nice bonus. Bathroom/shower also excellent.

This apartment is absolutely stunning! That is the first thing you notice when you open the door, super beautifully decorated, stylish and with a lot of charm… it had everything we needed to make our stay unforgettable. High speed blender for my morning smoothies was a real plus! Also the welcome gift with local products, was a super cute detail. Everything is brand new and really clean… and the location is wonderful. Metro connections are super easy to reach, 3 min walk, and we were at a 15 min easy walk from Plaza del Sol. Also the neighborhoods around are packed with lots cool local cafes & restaurants. We loved it and the host Javier, was really a delight, available in everything we needed and a great local guide for our stay! We loved the experience and would definitely stay here again!
