Big and cozy room in the middle of trondheim

Wygodne łóżko, spory pokój, blisko centrum.

Trochę creepy , bo w piwnicy.

The room has a good location.

When we came into the room, it was cold, dirty and very humid. There is mold on the wall covered by paint, and also the bedsheets were visibly very dirty. The shower is stained and it looks like no one has showered there in 5 years

The place is very well organized, there is big living room, excellent kitchen equipped with all necessary facilities. I enjoyed my stay.

I was a little bit cold, but it seems that it is situation in other similar properties.

Location, cheap, kitchen

Unfortunately we did not like our stay. I admin it is really very cheap for this location in Trondheim incl. kitchen and washing facilities, but I expected at least a clean bed and a clean bathroom. Almost all doors could not be closed, which meant that we also could not lock our belongings in our room when we weren’t there. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned before arrival. The bed sheets had visible stains and hairs, we ended up sleeping in our sleeping bags. The mattress was too soft. We appreciated the kitchen. It was overall clean, except for the fridge and the oven, which produced a lot of smoke due to left over crust. Hard to let fresh air in.

Kitchen was well equipped. Clean towels were available. Water was warm and shampoo and conditioner provided. Really like the idea of leaving shoes out and slippers were provided. There were notices about which kitchen cabinet was ours and which fridge shelf was ours. That was very helpful to us and was smart idea.

The door of the bedroom had swollen because of moisture and would not completely close and was not possible to lock. We were the only guests so it was ok. In the presence of other guests it would have been a problem. Other doors were also like that.

The public space is great.

The room door can’t be closed very well.

L'alloggio ha tutto l'essenziale ed è in una zona comoda adiacente alla stazione e al centro storico.

L'ambiente all'interno è particolarmente freddo e soprattutto molto umido, tanto che all'arrivo gli asciugamani offerti dalla struttura erano bagnati. La porta della camera, così come quella della zona doccia (in comune) non si chiudevano completamente e quasi tutte le porte interne della struttura erano un po' usurate e facevano molto rumore, il che immagino abbia sicuramente disturbato gli altri ospiti a tarda serata/notte.

Private affordable room in central location. Kitchen (fridge, cooker, pans, pots, plates, cutlery etc) and bathroom. Great option for a short stay. Host was very responsive and all the instructions very clear. Paid nearby parking available and free parking outside the house from 3pm on Saturday until 8am on Monday.

The room was quite cold however there was a heater in the corridor which seemed to be available to borrow. It made all the difference. Some doors were hard to open/close. Very soft mattress (might be a minus for some).
