I liked the layout of the apartment and the location. it was a great place to base ourselves for 10 days as we explored the surrounding areas. The apartment had everything we needed to be able to cook at home when we wanted.

If the apartment had a kettle that would have been great. some of the cupboards where the cleaning products were, were a little bit dirty. When ever I used the oven the safety switch would be triggered and the electricity would go off. was simple to fix it though.

Spacious, clean, excellent location.

Only one bathroom. It took some time to get the apartment warm.

I do not recommend it at all, even though it is in the centre of Bari. The owner, a Notary by profession, does not trust the self-check-in, he has to come in person to hand over the keys and take photos of the passports, in the old-fashioned way. In our case he arrived 17 minutes late to hand over the keys because according to him he had a lot of work... but the strange thing is that the apartment is managed by a real estate agency that sent us a contract with almost 20 clauses as if we were going to live there for several years. And they do not do their job, which is to attend to future clients, I think the notary should change agencies, it is all very surreal. I also had to register with the Bari town hall to pay the tourist tax... this person makes everything very difficult. The apartment is fine, the bed linen and towels are clean but quite old and it smells as if it had not been renovated in many years. Look for other places in the same area and don't suffer the nightmare of receiving many messages with strange contracts and municipal taxes for staying only one or two days in a tourist apartment. I am replying to your message which contains false and slanderous statements. 1.- I removed the breakfast because it was my mistake and I fixed it. 2.- I NEVER received, as you say in your MULTIPLES messages, any link to do an online check-in and you falsely accuse me of not wanting to do it, you are not telling the truth. I can send a screenshot of the messages received to prove that you are lying. 3.- I have been travelling through Hungary, Croatia and Italy in tourist apartments for 20 days and in none of them have they sent me any type of contract like yours, you continue to lie again. 4.- This is the only negative comment about an accommodation that I have sent after being in fifteen different ones, do not talk to me or give me lessons about hasty judgments. I hope you improve your work and do not blame your clients for your poor work.

The appartment is very spatios and well located, near the Bari Central Station and close to the city center. It also has a lot of restaurants near by, including a bakery downstairs. The host was kind to let us checkout late, as our plane was in the evening.

The appartment needs a bit of refurbishing, the furniture is quite old. Although the sheets and towels were clean, the appartment was not very well cleaned (the bathroom was a bit dirty and there was dust in the rooms)

Excellent location, easy to get to the old town and close to the train station. Stylish and comfortable apartment and fairly quiet. Great to have a washing machine!

There is no wifi (which I knew when I booked). A microwave and a kettle would be welcome additions.

Very nice apartment. It looks exactly as reflected on the pictures. Well equipped, cosy, and comfortable. Despite the central location, it's very quiet since it has a balcony on the internal side of the building. Easy check-in, check-out. The host is very friendly and available to help 🤗 Additional benefit for those who speak Italian is a huuuuuge library with a great variety of books covering different styles/topics. I really enjoyed it 🥰
