If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 200 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Pursuant to the current regulations of the Legal Registry of Travelers according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021, it will be mandatory to provide the National Identity Document or passport for registration with the National Police of Spain for all guests. In case of loss of the keys, it will be necessary to contact an emergency locksmith to replace the lock or to open it for you to access the property.
