Stunning 2BR/2BA Bayfront Retreat

It was quiet and right on the bay. The owners had a lot of personal things for the use of renters. They planned for pet owners and were very gracious with water bowls and pet rope.

It was just a little cold. It was a colder weekend, but we couldn't get the house heated enough. We just wore extra clothes. Summer renters should be fine.

The view is absoulutely stunning. The location is wonderful, so close to the bay that I don't even miss the ocean. This property comes with many amenities. I liked the coupon shelf holder.

My husband had to spend his own money for batteries for the dead tv remote in the living room. The tv in the middle room was useless. Why aren't these things checked before the tenants arrival? Maybe specific instructions should be left. The cable apparently has been dropped and there were only 2 apps that I could see on the screen, You Tube and Prime Video. I could get into neither one. This is unacceptable for an older couple who might retire early to enjoy some tv. I've stayed in many properties and I've never seem one without the ability to see basic cable. Even though the response was quick, contacting the property manager was of little help. Housekeeping could do better. There was still trash under the beds, ice trays were left unfilled, no refills of toilet paper left under the sink and I found out the hard way, the kleenex box holders were left empty. This was not an inexpensive property to stay in so I would expect more attention to detail. The air conditioner in the back literally sounds like a grown man snoring periodically. It literally scared me to death when I first heard it. This was my 3rd time staying at this property, but I'm not sure that I would return as things seemed to have changed not for the better.

Loved, loved, loved this property. This was the first time staying bayside but it was so beautiful that we really didn't miss the oceanfront. There are amenities galore to enjoy right down to the fishing equipment

There really were no cons. However, I would pray that you have considerate individuals on the second floor as this property is on the first floor. Also, I would have loved to have better views from the bedrooms, but I stayed on the go so it really didn't matter.

The area was everything we hoped for. Right on the water with a perfect view of the bay. Met some very helpful neighbors and the location was close to many things to do.

The beds could of been better but we made the most of it.
