This location actually blew us away. We didn't expect for the room to actually be RIGHT on the premises of the water. Everything from arrival to departure was incredible.

There is nothing I would change!!

Perfect little apartment right on the lake front. Completely self catering, which is what we wanted as it’s located near plenty of nice restaurants and the main shop. Also we left an engagement ring behind by mistake. The landlord was incredibly helpful and ensured it was returned to us in the post, they have gone above and beyond for us!

We liked everything.

10/10 Would recommend this apartment to anyone staying at Lake Como. Lenno/Campo is such a wonderful place to stay (it is less busy than the more popular locations: Como, Bellagio, Varenna..). The Campo ferry station is right outside (1-2 minutes) of your door, and this apartment is just a short 20 minute walk from the Lenno ferry station (you can take the greenway trail/path to Lenno which is beautiful and scenic). You could also find a bus pick-up location about 7 minutes away. The keys were easily accessible upon arrival to the apartment. There was communication the day prior/of our arrival, and someone actually called me to ensure that we made it safely and were able to get into the apartment -- which was extremely nice! :) There are a few cafe's and restaurants/bars that are within a 5-10-minute walk from the apartment -- our personal favorite was Lido di Ossuccio (a lakeside bistro which great sandwiches and fresh drinks). Another personal favorite spot was the gelato in Lenno at La Fabbrica Del Gelato (try the Lemon Basil and white cream together - YUM!) For a late-night pizza/drinks, we recommend Wine Note da Kita which is located in Lenno (most places were closing around 11 PM, but we stumbled upon this bar that served delicious pizza and drinks at a later hour under a beautiful vine-covered trellis - we would go back!) This apartment has everything you need including plates/cups, fridge, little hot plate/burner, etc. We didn't use most of this, but we will on our next trip back! The bed was comfortable for travel and sheets were soft/clean. We felt safe our entire trip and were not worried about anyone breaking in for any of our belongings at all throughout our stay. All of our neighbors were quiet and kind, so it was such a relaxing trip. We highly recommend staying in Lenno or another smaller town such as this!! -- easy access to ferries and public transportation compared to larger towns.

The location is great, a few meters from the lake, and not too far from restaurants and other amenities. The room is specious. Very nice place for breakfast around the corner, very good coffee.

The kitchenette was not properly equipped for a short stay. No coffee/tea/sugar/oil, no kitchen towels (paper or other). The ad mentioned a private parking but in fact the parking is in a public car park and is somewhat limited, depending on when you arrive. Although 2 pillows were provided, they weren't comfortable - but that is a very personal preference.
