White Concept Caves

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days and loved the hotel. The rooms were converted caves, which gives you an unique experience. The staff and owners were very helpful and knowledgeable about Santorini. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

FANTASTIC Sara at reception knows everything! Incredibly helpful and when I say knows everything it’s that. The infinity collection is just off the main streets, features a wonderful pool and is ‘cozy’. The rooms are pretty special, I loved the stay and wish I could return tomorrow!

We stayed at the Infinity Collection Fira for 2 nights and it was an incredible experience. The host and staff were super accommodating. The property was beautiful and within walking distance to the city center. The restaurants Sara recommended were all extremely good. I highly recommend this property!

Very great place ! Perfect location could walk into town square and to the bus station ! Very nice room great amenities and awesome friendly staff ! Got lots of great tips and helpful recommendations from staff that really made our time in Santorini ! Would highly recommend !

This hotel has amazing customer service. It was the best hotel that we stayed on the whole island. It was a beautiful cave style suite with a waterfall shower. There is a great infinity pool outside that is fantastic to use. We were honeymooners and it was such a fantastic stay. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. There is a parking lot nearby which is very rare for the island (as we found out). The customer service was above and beyond. Sara especially is amazing. She helped us carry our bags to and from our car, find a pharmacy, recommend and make reservations for amazing restaurants, showed us where certain tour meeting points were, and even helped us with our issue with my wedding dress garment bag. This hotel is dedicated to customer service and guest satisfaction. I travel a lot and I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

I highly recommend this cave room boutique hotel. A big thank to the host Sara .Sara was welcoming and helpful . Love the breakfast each morning . It's only 5-6 mins walk to the centre of Fira for all the restaurants and shopping . From the host to the house keeping you can't fault them. 5 star treatment . Was sad to leave after 3 days to move to our next destination .

We stayed infinitely collection for 4niggts for the Easter holiday. It was our first time in santorini therefore we had no idea what location would be perfect for us. We chose to stay Fira as it seem like a good place to start. The hotel is so cute and beautiful! Room is big and super clean! I loved the cave style room it was super unique! Sara who is the receptionist, was so kind and helpful! The location is very convenient if you stay longer than couple of days in Fira, short walk to Fira town and busy station etc. But it’s not on the cliff so you don’t have any caldera view, which for us was the only downside. We didn’t do much research so I though it would be pl to stay somewhere near town but there is a huge difference between being close to town and being on the cliff side so you have the view. I recommend this hotel if you don’t care about the view or staying in santorini more grand few days. Overall as a small hotel I loved it !!

Spent a very enjoyable week in Santorini with the family. Really pleased to have discovered this gem of a hotel, a perfect place from which to explore the island and fun to have rooms which were converted from caves. Kids loved the pool and everyone left feeling relaxed and tanned! Barbara and the team were really kind and thoughtful throughout and also picked us up from (and dropped us off at) the airport. Recommended!

Free shuttle service is provided from/to airport/sea port. Since our room was ready when we got there, Barbara allowed us to check in right away. The room is amazingly beautiful and spacious - all white and very cool (temperature wise and in terms of design). There was a kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle) and was designed to make it easy and comfortable for occupants - we loved every aspect of it (including the built in nooks and crannies, huge bathroom and sitting area). I've read that it's easy to get lost when walking to the main parts of Thira from the hotel, but we found the opposite to be true. We couldn’t get lost because all the alleys eventually led to the main road no matter how many turns we took. We felt that the location of this hotel was perfect. It was within walking distance (less than 5 mins) to the center of Thira, but away from the hustle and bustle if you wanted some down time. Breakfast was served in the room and included a bread basket, cheese, boiled eggs (not my favorite), fresh juice and coffee. Something warm (like an omelette) would have been even better - but the amount provided was more than enough for the two of us. You cannot see the ocean/water from the hotel, but that was OK for us because we were busy exploring Thira, Imerovigli, Oia, and the volcano. What mattered to us was the overall cleanliness of the facilities, the location, and service level. This hotel hit five stars on all levels.
