"At most a 2 star, could have been 3 with apartment hygiene"

Style of apartment was nice Location was excellent AC was good Furniture was comfortable Decent sized apartment

Basic necessities and toiletries were missing e.g toilet roll Shower toiletries were watered down so had to purchase from supermarket. Only two 50cl bottles provided on first night. Apartment was riddled with flies and mosquitos. Toilet door was broken and frame was loose. Toilet seat was broken and uncomfortable to use Couldn't access any TV programmes. Leftover food left in the microwave upon arrival. (Not sure how long it was left there Tarik apologised but should never have happened) Dirty water left in buckets in the toilet. (Tarik apologised but this should never have happened) Had cold showers as hot water ran for no more then 5mins. Holes in ceiling had to be covered as flies kept coming from there. Wires exposed in toilet Tarik responded with 'This is Africa' when it came to basic hygiene and why so many flies were in the room. Its not acceptable
