"Disappointing stay.The house didn't match the photos,furniture was broken, and the water heater fail"

NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED TO US.

Host engagement was minimal. The house did not meet the expectations based on the photos provided. All the sofas were broken and the cabinet door was also damaged. I was so disappointed when my daughter was taking a bath suddenly the water heater broke. I immediately texted the host, but he didn't help solve the problem. The other water heater was broken too. The host promised to refund within 2 days, but by the third day, I still hadn't received it. I had to text the host before the refund was finally processed.

- They have a very great location - The house just beside the pool - Host are kind - House is big enough for 6pax

- I think host should invest a bit on more expensive bedsheet, its rough and not feel good on skin. Its okay if the mattress rock hard but please, provide some comfortable bedsheet and pillow. - Cleanliness is below average. Clean on surface, but for detail its very dusty. - Cooking tools is not enough/ complete. Hope host can add more kitchen tools like imagine need to bring our own cup because the cup they provide only for 2 pax.
