Hostal La Vía Verde

El servei, la predisposició i amabilidad del personal. Te un bar/restaurant molt agradable i serveixen un bon esmorzar. Per contra, queda una mica lluny de la via verde i l'habitació que ens va tocar no tenia aire condicionat

Great and passionate lady. Icon of hospitality. Renovated Libby (the only place which is not sweating hot due to air conditioning. Renovated rooms - but who cares about nice walls if you can't breathe...

I naturally expected to be this nicely renovated hostal to be an oasis of services in the tourist- unfriendly Sarrion. And what did I get: - no restaurant onsite, although advertised. There was one across the road BUT only serving lunch; - hot room as the owner has not installed air conditioning. Even opening the (small) window during the night did not help as the cold air from outside was not entering the room; Not existent sound proofing. When a neighnor was taking shower, the noise was overwhelming: - no glass in the room in case you would wish to drink some water from the tap because the local supermarket is 10..14 mins walk; - while I booked a single room, I was given a room with 3(!) single beds - completely ugly and not cosy setup. Reception refused to move me because they had a group arriving later and already pre-assigned all rooms; - the window blind is very binary: you either completely open it (e.g.for the fresh air) or completely close (not to wake up at 5 am with the first rays of sun). Eh... - breakfast was supermarket stuff, so I refused it.

El personal lo mejor con diferencia, Carmen y Angels fueron las personas que me atendieron, y no puedo estar mas satisfecha de su trato en todo momento.

La habitacion un tanto pequeña y de formato algo antiguo, en cambio el baño era adecuado y de factura moderna.

Es de reseñar el precio, además del estado de las instalaciones. Por lo demás, no deja de ser un albergue con habitaciones compartidas. El personal que lo lleva estado muy agradable.

Das Hostal bietet für den Preis sehr viel. Bin zum zweiten Mal dort und alles ist sehr gepflegt. In der nahen Raststätte kann man sehr gut und billig essen. Einen guten Unterstand fürs Velo wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Receptionistinnen waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Tracte super amable del personal, cafeteria.

Es sent molt el renou, no està gens aillat.
