We had booked this hotel for 36 USD, but when we arrived, the owner told us that the accommodation we reserved was already full. He then offered us another place, which cost 60 USD. Since we were traveling as a family, we had no choice but to accept. However, the new accommodation did not have enough beds for all of us, and they only provided mattresses. As a result, even though we paid more, we did not receive proper facilities. Later, when we tried to leave a review on Booking.com, we discovered that our stay had been canceled, and Booking.com informed us that we had not shown up at the property. I am attaching the reservation file and screenshots of my chat with the property owner. Please investigate this matter.
