There are no towels and linens in the property! The basic, number one service a booking must give is a bed with linens, and shower with towels. I have been to over 100 bookings, around many countries, and i have never had such a thing. This feels like a scam, to get from me 20€ per person for rental linen and towels (i checked, it is basically half the price of new ones, so this is a rip off). When I arrive late at night to a self checkin booking, I don't want to have to handle calling the owner who tells me that he might be able to help me, but because it is late, he is not sure. To be fair, a lady showed up with the rental linen and towels, and explained that we also need to clean (which is not written any where in the booking, but I assumed this as i have over 50 airbnb bookings, so i know what to expect). He told me then he wrote me in a personal message about the linen, and I say,that A. If there is an extra charge, it needs to be clearly stated BEFORE i make the booking! B. Who the heck has time to read messages from 20 different booking owners on a tight schedule trip? Usually these messages has checkin details that and instructions about checkout that are relevant only when you arrive. In the first moment I thought this might be a finnish cultural difference that I am not aware of, but then I looked at other bad reviews, and quickly I saw a lot of finnish people complain on the exact same thing. To be fair, under amenities it says "linen(extra charge)". I have never ever had to look over the linen part of the amenities. Still feels like a rip off because this is clearly an issue a lot of people complain about and the owner does not try to fix the unclearity with a bold and visible text on the booking description that says "BOOKING DOES NOT INCLUDE LINEN AND TOWELS". So simple to resolve. The appertment itself has pluses and minuses, so I Wont go into that, because the hidden extra charge over shadowes the rest.
