OneClick 7 Guest House

I booked a room for 2 nights through Booking.com and was extremely disappointed with my stay. Upon check-in, the staff was rude and unprofessional. They suddenly demanded an extra 2000 Rs by saying its Air condition charges, which was never mentioned during the booking process. At that time staff behaviour was extremely rude. I felt pressured and had no choice but to pay. The first night was horrible – the room they gave us was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not prepared for guests. Only after complaining, they move us to a cleaner room for 2nd day. It was only then that we were treated with basic respect. Owner doesn’t have basic ethics and doesn’t have knowledge of guest rights.

The location and the room was comfortable. It's family friendly and feels safe.

The flush in the bathroom was broken. The staff was awful. There had been so many miscommunications between them, they don't even know if there are people living inside, they'll lock you outside. They charged me an extra 1000 for the AC however on the booking.com AC was already mentioned in the deal. Even the manager was an unfair person. I paid him money for the next checkout after 12pm. I had to leave in an emergency around 6pm, he didn't even care about customers, he only cared about money. He didn't return even a single penny. Also the number he has mentioned on the profile belongs to his former partner who was fed up with him.

We had a great time at one-click guest house islamabad. Place was clean and the staff was very cooperative. It was worth choosing this gueat house. Highly recommended.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the pillow was so comfortable that it felt like a lifesaver after a long, tiring day. The staff was outstanding. I unfortunately don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but his service was remarkable. I asked him for tea with biscuits at 1 a.m., and while he mentioned it was too late to arrange biscuits from the market, he went above and beyond by offering me freshly made French toast, complimentary. That level of customer service truly stood out to me. I deeply appreciate the staff’s kindness and hospitality and will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming experience. Its was good, you have to park car outside but thats fine

I liked everything about the property. From the lovely staff to the room, it was amazing. They really know how to treat their guests, clients. My room was super comfortable, very clean, I had AC, hot water, WIFI etc. The place is really close to several tasty restaurants. The staff will help you to go to your destination. I highly recommend this place, it’s definitely worth it! Thanks again for everything.

This was our second stay at Oneclick Guest House with my family, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and attended to every detail with care and professionalism. One of the highlights was it’s near in the centre of the city. G-13 market is by walk and even the restaurants were only 4mins away! Overall, Oneclick Guest House exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderful retreat for our family. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of secure, and relaxed environment.

Visited a couple of guests who were staying here at this spot and the room was super clean and well air conditioned. They had a decent crowd staying here too. Upon inquiry the rooms go for a very reasonable rate if you're on a budget plus you have good eateries around the corner too. Best place to stay in ISB with all the cool family excursion spots nearby. The management, servers and staff were very friendly. Rooms are clean, spacious and with hot water running all the time. Had high speed nayatel internet with multiple routers and connecting points. Speeds were 30-40 mbs. Service was quick.

I had a wonderful 20-days stay at OneClick 7 Guest House! The family-friendly environment made me feel right at home. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the food was exceptional. we booked upstairs room however, when we arrived they give us basement room. unfortunately it was airy and have cold water.
