New house 7min walk from Seoul Station Spacious Family Apt for 6 15min to Namsan Tower

Location - short walk from the airport line station at Seoul station and to the huge Lotte Mart (good for buying Korean snacks)! The house was also very clean and comfortable for our group. The place was also in a quieter corner, which suited our family to rest well.

The apartment is at the 2nd floor of a building that might look a bit old from the outside (and dark at night). Have to carry your luggage for that one level (but not really a big issue).

We spent our final two days in Seoul here, and the location was incredibly convenient being so close to Seoul Station—perfect for catching trains and exploring. However, if you are traveling with small children like we were, keep in mind that the walk to the building is up a very steep hill, which was quite a workout while pushing a stroller! There is also no elevator in the building, so be ready for some stairs. ​The apartment itself was lovely—very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and well-equipped with all the necessary appliances we needed for a comfortable stay.

A couple of things to note: the digital door lock requires some getting used to, so definitely double-check twice to make sure it’s actually locked when you leave! Also, the host has a lot of strict, enforced house rules, which did make us feel a bit uncomfortable and on edge at times.

Er waren werkzaamheden bij het gebouw ernaast waardoor we al heel vroeg wakker werden gedrild. Dat was jammer. Verder zou een verduisterend gordijn echt een goede toevoeging zijn.

Very clean and well maintained, close to the Seoul train station. The neighborhood is also interesting to me because it’s not very touristy, and I can see and experience a bit of the life or regular people.

The keypad lock needs some adjustment.
