LOFT TEATRO ~ Alicante

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent! Check-in was quick, even though we arrived late, after 10 PM. The bed is slightly smaller in size, but very comfortable. The living area is really charming. The entire apartment was truly lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I have a few minor complaints: When we entered the apartment, there was no soap in the bathroom to wash our hands right after arriving, which was inconvenient after a long trip. The second thing is that it’s a bit noisy, considering it’s in the city center and you can somewhat hear what’s happening outside the apartment. However, being on the third floor is a big plus. These complaints were truly minor, and our stay was very comfortable.

The noise from outside was unreal I actually thought the window was open to find it was actually closed this lasts until 04:00 Every day Friday and Saturday being the worst

For those who want to be in the center of the action, this loft is suitable. It is located in the city center, close to shops and the beach.

All those who will be interested in living in this loft should draw attention to the following: a) the keys must be picked up from the safe key box according to the instructions sent via whatsapp b) communication with the staff can be realized only until payment, then there is no further communication (you can write to him, but he does not answer) c) change of linen and towels is very sporadic, so if you are going for a few days, then you are without problems. If you are going for two weeks, bring your own towels d) if you want to use the dishwasher and washing machine, bring tablets and washing powder or buy them (expect this in advance) The main problem of this accommodation is noise. There are restaurants under the loft that are busy until the morning. So you have to take this into account and take earplugs. I think the provider should honestly share all the information so that visitors can make an informed decision. There are many visitors who will not miss these services and the loft will suit them. Better communication avoids disappointment and negative reviews.

Location was good - easy check in & check out.

Not as advertised at all with multiple failures throughout. We were place in an apartment which was not the one pictured - which was fine until things started going wrong. To begin with, there was no dishwasher (as advertised). Then, the shower flooded everytime we used it with water not only covering the bathroom floor but leaking out into the rest of the apartment. On top of that the aircon was broken & the use of the hair dryer made the electricity in the apartment short circuit. Finally, management got our check out date wrong so entered the property without our consent & we were sent a text questioning why our belongings were still in the apartment. Despite clear communication with the hosts & fast replies - we were not satisfied with their attempts at solving the problems we experienced. Apparently the electricity short circuiting was normal & the told us we had to flip all the circuit switches on and off to fix this. We were told an electrician would come and fix the aircon during our stay - this did not happen. Finally, we were told that they couldn’t do anything about the shower flooding as it was a structural problem - this was the owner’s problem, not the host company’s. We were offered a discount which we happily took however this was not the experience we had planned on having when booking this accommodation. Outside of the good location, there is not much positive to say about this stay.

Great location, clean, cheap, an elevator, wifi.

The bed was soo uncomfortable, essentially a fold out bed. Fine for one or two nights but the mattress sagged in the middle and the pillows are so lumpy. The bed should be replaced ASAP. The shower only gives about 2 mins of warm water so fast showering! Also really noisy from the bars below. It was like being in the middle of a nightclub it got so loud at times and goes on until early hours. Bear this in mind.... Would be better for short stays.

The location is excellent everything is so easy to get to. The apartment was really clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was very helpful and easy to contact.

Due to the excellent location for bars and restaurants it was a little noisy especially on the Saturday night. This is nothing earplugs wouldn't sort just something to be prepared for!
